Rushita Zalavadiya's journey with Ichhavarsham began with a fervent desire to revive and redefine traditional Indian attire. The early days of Ichhavarsham were characterized by formidable challenges. One of the primary hurdles Rushita faced was establishing a reliable network of skilled artisans capable of translating her intricate designs into tangible masterpieces. "Finding karigars (artisans) who could execute traditional embroidery techniques with finesse was a painstaking process," Rushita recalls. It took persistent effort and personal visits to artisan clusters across India before she could assemble a talented team capable of meeting Ichhavarsham's exacting standards.
